How Do We Work? We specialise in pre-booked, independent China travel. You can build your own China itinerary using a combination of our short China trips (modules). We’ve travelled far and wide in China and Tibet and created our modules using some of our most memorable experiences. You can pick and choose the mini China tours that appeal to you most, from buddhist monasteries to national parks to towering karst mountains. We've chosen as many small-scale hotels and family guesthouses as possible, in order to give you an authentic and independent China travel experience. We'll also string the modules together by arranging your local transport in China and Tibet. |
Step 1: Choose your TripThere are 4 easy steps to building your own China trip with China Travel Plan:Take a look through our short China tours (modules) and suggested China itineraries on this website. Decide which ones you like and select them using the drop-down menus on our quote request form. Step 2: Your Personalised QuoteOnce we've received your enquiry, we'll put together a personalised quote just for you, using the China tours or China itinerary you have selected. We’ll link your modules together using our local knowledge. Our short China trips are normally linked together by train or internal flights. For shorter distances we can also offer private transfers.Your personalised China itinerary will contain further details of the trip you have selected as well as a quote for international flights. We'll also include any personal reccommendations we think will help you get the most out of your China travel experience. If you decide that you'd like to tweak your China itinerary, just let your travel specialist know and we'll make the necessary changes so that your China tour is just right. |
Step 3: Book your TripWhen you're ready to book your China trip, just complete our online booking form with all your details. You can then give us a call on 01273 322048 so we can collect your deposit for the land arrangements and full payment for any international flights if you're booking them through us.Our deposit system for your China Travel Plan is based on your departure date and works as follows: Departure in 3 calendar months or more: 20% deposit Departure within 1 to 3 calendar months: 50% deposit Departure in less than 1 calendar month: 75% deposit Once we've received everything we need, we'll send your China itinerary off to our local office to get confirmed, leaving you time to sit back and look forward to your China trip while we do the hard work for you! |

Step 4: Your Trip in ChinaAfter you’ve booked your China tour, we’ll email you a package of travel documents, including full accommodation details and information about our local offices in China and Tibet. This will include an emergency contact number and the addresses of each office. Our local agents will be on hand 24/7 to lend a hand with anything that you need during your trip. Being located within China and Tibet, they are in a strong position to help if any issues arise.You'll find that arranging your independent China travel with us removes the risk and hassle of having to organise things on you go. Everything included in your personalised China itinerary will have been pre-booked, so you can spend your holiday time on holiday! At the same time, you'll still have the discovering China for yourselves. |
