Travelling in China - From Beijing to Tibet

How does the China Travel Plan site work?

To many, China is something of a mystery... and yet at the same time it is one of the most important countries in the world. This site allows you to build your own independent China travel plan. Creating your own Travel Plan is easy, just select the China tours that appeal to you the most. We'll then string them together by arranging the train travel and local transport in between the modules, and send you a complete and personal China Travel Plan.

All of the modules feature destinations throughout China that we have visited personally. If you've never been to China before, or would prefer to see how much it's possible to fit into a China holiday, then take a look at our favourite China itineraries. These are built up of modules that fit well together in regards to the diversity of activities, scenery, level of activity and opportunity to rest in between travel segments. Feel free to browse through and become familiar with the possibilities.

If you have any questions or would like to receive more information please do not hesitate to contact one of our China travel specialists. Either fill out the China travel quote request form e-mail us at info@chinatravelplan.co.uk or call us at 01273 322048 or +44 1273 322 048 (if calling from outside the UK).

China

Most trips to China will probably start in one of 3 places, Beijing, Shanghai or Hong Kong. Our Easy Going starter packs include an airport transfer and accommodation for a few nights, some include day trips.

In China, you'll travel mostly by public transport. We’ll arrange all the major, intercity transfers between the modules. Usually, we'll recommend trains, buses or even flights as these are the most efficient ways to get around such a large country.
